1. Agreement
By using this website, submitting a request, booking a call, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms. If you enter into a proposal, statement of work, order form, or payment-specific agreement with BVERSE INC, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
2. Services and scope
BVERSE provides website design and development, digital strategy, marketing, automation, and related services. The exact scope, deliverables, timing, revision process, dependencies, and price are those shown in the applicable offer or written agreement.
Estimates and examples are informational until confirmed in writing. Changes, missing materials, third-party delays, or requests outside the confirmed scope may affect timing and price.
3. The 48-hour website offer
Where offered, the 48-hour delivery window begins only after payment is confirmed and BVERSE has accepted a complete brief with the content, assets, access, and decisions needed to start. The offer covers the items listed on the offer page. Hosting, complex e-commerce, custom portals, advanced integrations, and other excluded or add-on work are separate.
The delivery window refers to preparation of the agreed website build or preview. Domain, DNS, platform review, client approval, and third-party processing can affect the final public launch time.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving business claims, pricing, policies, regulated content, and final deliverables before launch.
5. Fees, payment, cancellations, and refunds
Fees and payment schedules are shown at checkout or in your written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are due before work begins. Taxes and third-party costs may be additional. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are governed by the offer or agreement accepted with the purchase.
If a payment is reversed or remains overdue, BVERSE may pause work, withhold delivery, or suspend related services after reasonable notice where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide. BVERSE retains ownership of pre-existing tools, systems, templates, know-how, and reusable components. Ownership or license rights in custom deliverables are transferred or granted as stated in the applicable written agreement and, where applicable, after full payment.
You grant BVERSE permission to use the materials you provide as needed to perform the services. Any portfolio or publicity use will be subject to the applicable agreement and confidentiality commitments.
7. Third-party services
Websites and automations may depend on third-party hosting, domains, payment, CRM, email, analytics, AI, and other platforms. Their terms, availability, pricing, and data practices are controlled by those providers. BVERSE is not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside its reasonable control.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or services; interfere with security; submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; attempt unauthorized access; or use the services in violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Disclaimers
Except for express commitments in a written agreement, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. BVERSE does not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, lead volume, platform uptime, or a particular business result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BVERSE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or services. BVERSE’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the service giving rise to that claim during the six months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service as allowed by the applicable agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, intellectual-property, confidentiality, disclaimer, and liability provisions—will survive termination.
12. Governing law and updates
These general terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a written agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date.
